Pet Policy:

• Maximum of 2 pets per unit, maximum 35lbs per pet.
• Each pet requires a $20/mo pet rent, $200 upfront fee per pet, and be listed in the tenant's file.
• If pet is <1 year old, additional $100 non-refundable fee is required.
• If unauthorized pet is found, a $400 pet fee will be due immediately in addition to $20/mo pet rent + back rent for the time the pet has occupied the unit.
• All pets must be registered/listed in resident's petscreening.com profile
• All pet fees must be paid in full before pet is allowed on the premises.
• Tenant agrees that only the pet(s) described and named will occupy premises. No additional or different pet(s) are authorized under this agreement. 
• Tenant agrees that he/she will immediately pick up and properly dispose of any pet droppings. If tenant does not do so, there will be a $25 charge per pile of droppings.
• RESTRICTED BREEDS: Pit bull terrier, Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Boxer, Malamute, Akita, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf- Hybrid, St. Bernard, Great Danes, Chows, Bull Mastiff, Presa Canario AND any mix with the aforementioned breeds.
